Application and classification of stone aluminum honeycomb plate


Stone aluminum honeycomb board has the characteristics of light weight, less radiation pollution, saving stone materials, large panel size, etc., which can be used for ceiling, curtain wall, interior wall, ground, etc., and is more and more widely used in the decoration of buildings, vehicles, ships, etc.
Compared with the aluminum veneer: the maximum surface of the box honeycomb aluminum plate can be 1500mm × 4500mm, because the plate itself is a composite material, and the internal aluminum honeycomb provides a guarantee for the plate itself to bear its own weight, so that the plate itself does not need to add any stiffeners. When the width of ordinary aluminum veneer is greater than 1m or the length is greater than 2m, stiffeners must be added behind the plate. The stiffener needs to be welded on the back of the plate, because the thermal expansion coefficient of the stiffener and the plate itself is not the same, after several times of cold and hot changes, the front of the plate will appear uneven phenomenon. And this phenomenon usually begins to appear half to a year after the completion of the project.
Aluminum veneer belongs to single-layer products, processing is relatively simple, modeling ability is strong, but the accuracy is poor; honeycomb plate is a composite product, processing speed and ability is weak, but the accuracy is guaranteed.
The box type honeycomb aluminum plate adopts the cover system, which has two systems of exposed and hidden glue joints to choose from. The system fully considers the influence of thermal expansion and cold contraction on the plate surface itself, and the plate surface can expand and contract freely in four directions, effectively avoiding the influence of temperature stress on the flatness of the plate surface.
Ordinary single-layer aluminum plate only has glue seam exposed system, and the installation is fixed on the keel with the installation code, so there is no suitable space to release the temperature stress, which leads to the warpage of the plate surface.
Honeycomb board is a composite board with the advantages of light weight, high strength, good flatness, large board surface, easy installation, easy maintenance, good environmental protection, reusable, excellent thermal expansion and cold shrinkage resistance.
Aluminum veneer is a common non composite plate, which has no above advantages compared with honeycomb plate. However, the cost of 3mm thick aluminum veneer is generally 15-20% lower than that of 25mm honeycomb plate. The difference between the thickness of the honeycomb and the thickness of the aluminum sheet is only about 5%.
